Everyone has been talking about the Brass Tap in Mills Park which is located off 17-92. They have an excellent craft beer selection. We visited last week, and started our night off with some Breckenridge Vanilla Porter. Vanilla Porter is usually a Winterish type of beer, and its actually somewhat hard to order in the summer months, nonetheless, great craft beer establishments realize this in advance and buy it knowing that the avid craft beer drinker will be extremely pleased…cough cough…meaning us.
So how does this relate to the Winter Park Wine & Dine? Not really much at all if you think about it in terms of solely Wine. What everyone fails to miss is the fact not everyone is a wine drinker. There are a ton of craft beer lovers out there that attend the Wine & Dine for the food alone, and they have to be connected in the right way to the craft beer experts.
Not only is Brass Tap participating but they are currently sourcing the local community craft beer makers. What better way of showing community involvement than coming with local suppliers/microbreweries. Everyone loves microbreweries, and it will make an excellent contribution to a great event. October 14th can’t come any sooner. Thank you again guys!

Hours of Operation:
Lets face it…outside of grocery chains you don’t see that many local family owned stores anymore. Lombardi’s Seafood is our very own Pike’s Fish Market right here in Winter Park, Florida. Lombardi’s Seafood is clean, fresh, and local which are the most important factors when buying Seafood in Orlando.
They had a soft opening a few days back and we had the opportunity to take some pictures of the new layout and design. We wanted to share them with everyone! The inside is impeccable with everything so open and clean. Putting the time and money into this location was well worth it for all Lombardi’s Seafood customers. People want their food fresh, and they want to buy it in a place they can trust, especially when purchasing trout, salmon, tuna, etc.
They have a pretty awesome Blog with information about fresh fish and cooking recipes. We were particularly interested in the information about “Seafood and Beer Pairings”. Always a good read especially with the Orlando Chowder Festival coming up in January. We are always looking to the experts as a source of information for high quality design.

INTRODUCES THEIR JUNE WINE OF THE MONTH
From Chile to Orlando, Cooper’s Hawk Winery has some pretty new and exciting things coming up this summer!
“Hola! We traveled south to Santiago, Chile, to produce June’s Wine of the Month – a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. During our trip, we explored the country’s Valle Central region, the long valley spanning from the Andes Mountains to the Pacific Coastal Ranges. The winery we partnered with”….Click below to read more!
As with every next event, there are always new customers, and new fans. The Winter Park Annual event brand is most unique because we shop our prices around to figure out what is the “going rate” for an event ticket. After we shop out all the other competitor brands, we set our ticket prices either slightly lower or right about the same. Event Tickets are even more affordable with what comes next…
What really differentiates winterparkevents.com is we offer customers an incentive to buy early. Take the Winter Park Wine & Dine for example, we discount the ticket price by $15 from $45 to $30. Usually that discount is applied until the 3-4 weeks before the event. We like to reward our existing customer base and also our future customer base. With that same fairness comes an understanding that if you waited until the last minute…”You snooze, you lose”. Just like anything in life.
We are putting this article out there for new visitors to our website to get acquainted with our philosophy. Normally what is not said goes unnoticed. Our company is dedicated to the community, rewarding our customers, incentivizing new customers. assisting not for profits, and so much more.
Now this is an art & music festival! If you think $400 a ticket to this festival is high…think again, Coachella Music and Arts Festival is sold out every year! One more reason why you should always place your value on the memory and the experience. Wait though? Do you think Winter Park Events could ever pull something like that off in Winter Park? Some might say yes, some might say no, and some might say they already have an art festival in Winter Park. We deduct that there aren’t any art & music festivals that can parallel the success of Coachella, and that can probably be said for all of Florida.
It would be easy to totalize the success of Coachella is due to their access to artists and musicians in Southern California, but then again Orlando has access to tons of Full Sail University students who have just as much talent as any other Entertainment and Media school across the country. Not to mention UCF? They have some excellent programs as well. We think something as amazing as this could definitely be created here in Winter Park. What do you think?
At Winter Park Events, we are planning ahead, focusing in on how we can create a cultured environment that is rich in both music and art for Winter Park, Florida. We would like to lead that cultural change moving into the 2020 events schedule.
