We had the chance to sit down and meet Ocean Prime’s executive chef Jeremy Mattson. Jeremy has over 17 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry including 10 years as an executive chef, Jeremy Mattson raises the culinary bar as executive chef of Ocean Prime in Orlando, Fla. Jeremy has a love for the classic French style of cooking.
We asked Jeremy to share with us some of his favorites from their Dinner Menu. He led the conversation with Pacific Halibut, which consists of lobster, gnocchi, spring peas and when we got to the Sea Scallops with parmesan risotto, we both kind of looked at each other like we could probably talk about every item, and how amazing it was. While very selective, every event Ocean Prime partners with they do it pro bono which shows a tremendous amount of involvement in the community.
